Richard Adams: What is the greatest challenge facing UK brokers?
Richard Sheikh: The Financial Services Authority would be at the top of my list. Technology would be next, particularly with the promotion of imarket.
Ashley Canning: The challenge for the industry is to ensure the technology works. From what I read, imarket does seem to be working although there have been negative comments. It is imperative that, as an industry, we get it right and look to insurers to help, otherwise we will look
