Drake policyholders will be told this month whether their policies
are going to be cancelled, following the collapse of the insurer two
months ago.


Deloitte and Touche, the provisional liquidators of the collapsed motor
insurer, will be sending out cancellation letters to customers in the next
couple of weeks, according to Phil Lewis, underwriter at Drake.


Jamie Smith, joint provisional liquidator at Deloitte and Touche, said:
"The letter has been agreed. We're just co-ordinating our mailing list.
