Financial services distribution group Berkeley Berry Birch has acquired MacRobins, an insurance broker and employee benefits company.MacRobins specialises in commercial insurance for SME clients and has close relationships with insurers Royal & SunAlliance, Norwich Union, Axa and Allianz Cornhill. It also advises on a range of pension products and private medical insurance.
