As a consortium of brokers in the Croydon area, we want to draw your
attention to our concern that, if we are to achieve the aim of
self-regulation proposed by the government, a much more disciplined
approach needs to be adopted, and without any delay.


The lack of unity of purpose or dialogue between the players involved is
causing confusion and fear in the market and nothing constructive is being
achieved.


We would therefore like to make the following points:
