The Jelf Group has acquired Cardiff-based private medical insurance specialist Pontin & Stein. The acquisition moves Jelf's corporate healthcare division into the top-10 independent healthcare intermediaries, with a client portfolio worth more than £35m. Pontin & Stein will continue to operate from its Cardiff Business Park offices but will now offer the Jelf Group's entire range of services, including financial services, commercial insurance and credit insurance.
