The Capita Group has acquired the remaining 74% issued share capital of Eastgate Group, as predicted in the November edition of Professional Broking.
Capita will pay approximately £9.1m for the insurance outsourcing business, to be satisfied by the issue of 1 508 768 new ordinary shares in Capita and £1.1m in cash.
