I disagree with some of the comments in the feature 'Rudelyinterrupted' (Professional Broking March, p29).
In my experience it would be practically impossible to prepare the
"business continuity plan" suggested.
It is unrealistic, for example, to expect a small manufacturing business
to have asked each of its customers whether they would wait for supplies
if manufacturing was interrupted.
Our advice is to check the length of the period of indemnity - we usually
recommend 24 or 36 months and
