The Motoring Uninsured Loss Recoveries Association has hit outagainst the implementation of a revised Uninsured Drivers Agreement, which
it believes will lead to a greater number of claims being rejected. The
agreement has introduced a new series of procedural requirements which
could cause claims to be struck out for technical reasons. MULRA is
concerned that ULR companies that fall foul of the new requirements could
be accused of negligence by their policyholders as a result.
