Euclidian has appointed Andrew J Willoughby as an executive directorof Euclidian. Mr Willoughby, who was previously the financial controller
and company secretary, will fulfil the role of finance director and
continue his company secretary duties. Mr Truscott, group managing
director at Euclidian, said: "We are delighted to welcome Andrew to the
main board where we can better use his commercial talents and accountancy
experience to help drive the company forward."
