Expanding East Anglian broker Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers has bought Norfolk-based intermediary Insurance Solutions.
This is the 12th takeover by Norwich-based Alan Boswell in the last three years. A further three local acquisitions are in the pipeline.
Insurance Solutions has a premium income of about £500 000, split 50/50 across personal and commercial lines. The business will be absorbed into Alan Boswell's operation at Harbour House, which now employs over 60 people. Insurance Solutions
