Hastings Direct has launched a Claims Negotiator training programme, developed in association with the Insurance & Related Financial Services National Training Organisation.The training programme, which the insurer believes to be unique within the industry, is the first to be approved by the IRFSNTO. It will be piloted through the Hastings Direct Professional Development Centre at the company's headquarters at Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex.
