Norwich Union research has revealed that more than 50% of SMEs would pay higher premiums to their broker to get good advice.
Its survey of 500 SMEs, conducted by Lightspeed Research, revealed that the majority of SMEs would turn to their intermediary for advice with more than one-quarter trusting their broker to give as an impartial view as they would expect from their friends and family.
