British American Financial Services chief executive Sandy Leitch will
be the new chairman of the Association of British Insurers. He will take
over from Roger Taylor at the association's AGM on 8 July. Mr Taylor is
standing down midway through the traditional term for chairmanship of the
ABI following the management reshuffle at Royal & SunAlliance, which saw
him moved from his executive role.
