Royal & SunAlliance has appointed Duncan Boyle as chief executive ofits UK insurance operations. He replaces Paul Spencer who resigned as a
main board director with effect from 31 March 2002.
Mr Boyle is currently managing director of RSA's UK commercial insurance
division, a role he has held since July 1999. Peter Webster, managing
director of RSA's Latin America and Caribbean operations, will take over
this role.
