The Chartered Insurance Institute has announced the appointment of four senior personnel as part of its drive to enhance the services provided to members and corporate customers. Jamie Heath joins as director of strategy and change; Mike Pulfer has been appointed London Market product manager; Fiona Andrews takes up the new role of faculty of claims product manager; and Martin Reid has been appointed marketing manager - membership.
