Halifax-based insurance brokers Bush Hodgson and Sutcliffe Mitchelland its subsidiaries have merged with broker Kenneth Heap & Co. The new
organisation - the Trinity Insurance Group - will have its headquarters at
Trinity House, Halifax. The three principal directors will be Howard
Granton, managing director, Trinity Financial Advisers; Christopher
Hodgson, chairman, Trinity Insurance Group; and Raymond Crabtree, managing
director, Trinity Insurance Advisers.
