Overheard hopes you all had a good Christmas break and, inparticular, a good office party.
Mike Williams' tales of Christmas parties past are enough to make your
hair stand on end. Apparently, one broker he worked for - a well-known
national which will remain nameless - had two memorable Christmas parties
in a row. The first involved a break with tradition, taking the party to a
wine bar rather than in the office as usual. About 120 people drinking and
eating for free all night added up to a bill
