Powell Insurance Brokers has acquired the commercial division of Gregson Williams Insurance Brokers. Staff from Gregson Williams have moved to Powell's offices on Liverpool's waterfront. Eliot Powell, managing director of Powell Insurance Brokers, commented: "We are delighted to welcome the new team. The acquisition is a very good strategic fit and further consolidates our regional position."
