Specialist motorcycle broker MCE has appointed claims-handling specialist Bankstone to provide a full-service external claims-handling service. MCE, which has doubled in size in three years, has appointed Bankstone to deal with around 2500 claims-related calls per month from MCE's customers - covering not only motorcycle insurance, but also motor, household and travel insurance claims.
