The Financial Services Authority is warning consumers about H&O Insure, which it believes is offering invalid motor cover after policies issued under its name came to light in the Birmingham area. Although the FSA could not confirm how geographically widespread the problem is, H&O Insure is also the subject of an investigation by the Economic Crime Unit of the West Midlands Police.
