The General Insurance Standards Council has suspended the membership of independent intermediary Riding following the decision that Riding failed to provide information requested by GISC after an unsatisfactory monitoring report. The Enforcement Committee decided that, in addition to paying a fine, Riding should be publicly reprimanded and bring itself into full regulatory compliance as a condition of its continuing membership of GISC. Riding's membership is suspended until these conditions are
