Bermudian insurer Ace has started legal proceedings against formerAce chief executive John Charman. Mr Charman, who left Ace earlier this
year as a result of "personnel differences" with the management, is now at
the helm of new Marsh-backed insurer Axis Speciality. The dispute pertains
to the terms of Mr Charman's contract with Ace.
