Financial and risk services organisation Alexander Forbes is to acquire a 20% share of the safety, health and environmental risk management consultancy, National Britannia Group.Alexander Forbes will make an £8m investment in the group, subject to the approval of National Britannia's shareholders on 13 October. With headquarters in Caerphilly, National Britannia has 6000 clients, 580 employees and 12 000 sites in 18 countries.
