Smart and Cook insurance brokers has acquired Grimsby-based insurer JDavid Petch. The Group now has 170 staff employed at offices in Harrogate,
Scarborough, Skipton, York and Grimsby. Insurance brokers, Ian Williams
and Mike Marshall, who recently established a new office in Grimsby for
Smart and Cook, will move to the new offices to strengthen the company's
position in the region.
