Smart & Cook has added to its seven offices in Yorkshire with theacquisition of Keighley-based CS Horne insurance consultants. The new
company will move to Smart & Cook's Skipton offices. Marshall Sugden,
director based at Skipton, will manage the integration of the two
operations and will dedicate some of the firm's resources to business
development.
