UK workers facing tough compromises
Recent research has shown that 26% of financial services workers have had their pay cut since the recession began, while 12% have experienced a reduction in hours and 33% have lost benefits.
The figures have been released by the Keep Britain Working campaign and were based on a survey of over 1,600 workers, which found that overall, more than half of all UK workers (54%) have experienced a cut in pay, a reduction in hours or a loss of benefits since the recession began.
