Having been asked to comment on networks, I had a sudden dread that I might have to pretend to understand Facebook, Twitter, and the like. So far, I've managed to avoid these sites - I am on LinkedIn, although I don't know how it works. Thankfully, however, I have discovered we are talking about broker networks, which I have an altogether firmer understanding of.
So why join any network?
For thousands of years people have formed into groups for social, practical, economic or political reasons
