Lord Turner calls for "radical" regulatory reform
Lord Turner said while many financial services "are not bust and don't need fixing", banks must implement a more robust regime
Lord Turner, chairman of the Financial Services Authority (FSA), has insisted that the momentum for regulatory reform must be maintained despite recent signs of economic improvement.
During yesterday's Mansion House speech, he said “regulators must design radically changed regulations and supervisory approaches”.
