Almost half rank paying insurance as a priority, according to research
Some 49% consider paying insurance-related bills as a top four priority
Almost half (49%) of consumers consider their insurance-related bills to be one of the top four bills to pay, according to new research.
The data, commissioned by credit referencing agency Callcredit, shows that consumers opt to pay insurance bills ahead of credit card payments (38 %) mobile phone bills (11%) and internet charges (19%).
Utility bills are the first priority, with 83% opting to pay that first, closely followed by council tax (77%) and mortgage / rent (74%).
