Willis completes Ireland move

Move approved by the Supreme Court of Bermuda

Willis Group Holdings has announced that its reorganisation has completed and the new parent company of the group is ncorporated in Ireland.

The move, which as reported by broking.co.uk was approved by shareholders last month, has been given the green light by the Supreme Court of Bermuda. The Willis Group parent company was previously incorporated in Bermuda.

Willis has had ongoing operations in Ireland since 1903, and the company employs approximately 300 people in offices in Dublin, Limerick
