Car insurance switched most often, according to report
Some 15 million have changed motor insurance companies over last two years
Customers switch car insurance provider more than any other product, according to research.
Professor Merlin Stone of Oxford Brookes University estimates that over the past two years, around 15 million people have switched their motor insurance company, making it the most affected sector for losing customers.
In addition, 14 million people changed their home insurance provider over the same period.
