CCV acquires Paul Scully
CCV acquires in East Sussex
Broking consolidator Cullum Capital Ventures has bought East Sussex-based Paul Scully Insurance Brokers.
The Peacehaven broker which specialises in personal lines will retain its name and premises and will become affiliated to existing local CCV business Crawford Davis.
The deal has been structured to enable the directors to fulfil their own objectives with founder Paul Scully retiring while Dominic Taylor stays on to run the business together with Joe Simmons, managing director of Crawford
