Crawford appoints new managing director
Crawford & Company has appointed Greg Gladwell to the newly-created international position of managing director, Crawford Home.
He will report directly to Ian Muress, chief executive officer and executive vice president, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
Mr Gladwell will be responsible for developing products and services across key international businesses and engaging with all executive managers at Crawford to leverage best practice in the household market as the business accelerates plans to introduce fully bundled services across the personal lines sector under the Crawford Home brand.
