Evolution teams up with Groupama for tradesman launch
Evolution Underwriting has launched a fully autorated tradesman liability product, Trade Protector Plus, on its Stingray trading platform.
The new product, underwritten by Groupama Insurances, features a referral system that allows Evolution to make decisions on risks that do not fulfil standard underwriting criteria.
Evolution’s Paul Upton said: “These days, the ability to deliver high quality point of sale documentation, a wide policy wording and competitive rates of commission are hygiene factors in the tradesman arena.
“What our brokers tell us they want is the ability to discuss individual risk features with an underwriter

FSCS gives first insight on increasing levy to £394m
