Xchanging hires new broking chief from Marsh
Xchanging has announced the appointment of former CEO of the specialities and large accounts division of Marsh, Artur Niemczewski, as managing director of Xchanging Broking Services (XBS).
Prior to Marsh, Mr Niemczewski held several positions at the Willis Group including chief operating officer of Willis International. He has also held senior positions in Axa and McKinsey.
As managing director for XBS, Mr Niemczewski will be responsible for growing the broking services business with a range of new services to the market while ensuring that the relationships with existing customers grow . He will report into Paddy Byrne, executive director of Xchanging UK and will join the UK

FSCS gives first insight on increasing levy to £394m
