Product launches: Solicitors' PI for SMEs unveiled
St Mary Underwriting has launched a new solicitors' professional indemnity (PI) insurance offering for small to medium-sized (SME) solicitor firms.
The release of the scheme, which provides up to £3m for any one claim per policy, aims to offer cover to firms of 20 partners or fewer.
Angus Ogg, lead underwriter at St Mary Underwriting, which is an appointed representative of PYV, said: "We firmly believe this new scheme will prove extremely beneficial to SME solicitor practices that are seeking to enhance their existing levels of cover."
