Brokers willing to go the extra mile to cater for discerning high-net-worth (HNW) tastes still reign supreme in the sector but the online revolution threatens to steal their crown. An increasing amount of highly coveted HNW business is being transacted online, with a number of insurers pushing their products direct and stretching mid-net-worth policy limits in a bid to capture more traditional HNW business in the online net.
