Arc claims market first with new maintenance product
Arc Legal Assistance has launched a specialist cover to enable individuals to pursue defaulting maintenance payers.
The new product will be offered by Maintenance Assist, a specialist broker offering financial solutions and assistance to families dependent on maintenance payments following divorce.
Arc Legal is providing legal cover to pursue maintenance payment arrears. The cover is part of the New Start Maintenance Protection product which also includes life cover and accident, sickness and unemployment cover to insure maintenance income in the event of the ex-spouse's death, disability or unemployment
