What broker-specific products have you launched in the last year?
We have launched or upgraded in excess of 20 products for brokers, ranging from Fast Trade marine cargo to property owners to charities and private car. We continue to push into new sectors, such as environmental goods and services.
When was the last time you asked for broker feedback and what did they say?
I ask brokers for feedback everyday and I get lots of it. Something hits my inbox at least once a day. The general sense I
