Invicta announces latest acquisitions
Invicta Insurance Services is set to complete it latest acquisitions which will add 2,500 customers and over £1m GWP to its portfolio.
The purchases of Keith Montgomery Insurance Services, the insurance broking trading arm of Wiltshire-based Keith Montgomery Associates, and the commercial and motor portfolios of Fountain Insurance & Investment Services, based in Dorset, will be completed on 1 May this year.
Fountain’s home and property owners’ portfolios, will follow in 12 months time.
