There is a finite amount of mud in the world but it appears that the motor insurance industry is determined to exhaust this supply – such are the volumes of wet earth being slung one at the other in a desperate bid to lay blame for all perceived sector ills at each other’s doorstep – be they insurer, accident management firm, broker or recovery services. It is an approach which leaves our consumers confused, uncertain and dissatisfied.
