OK so you’ve got a website. Now what?
It’s not enough. Most brokers’ sites I see are still badly designed and written. They are dull, unattractive and, crucially, show no understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO).
Effectively they are talking to themselves and, to be brutally honest, many of these brokers should have saved their time and money in building the site if that was all they were going to do. The only box many have ticked is getting something (effectively an e-brochure) up on
