Gallaher Heath broker wins BBC’s Antiques Master competition
Gallagher Heath’s Alexander Rich has won the latest series of BBC's Antiques Master, following a search to find Britain's top amateur antiques enthusiast.
Contestants faced various challenges to test their skills at identifying, dating and valuing antiques.
Mr Rich, who always been interested in art and antiques, has worked in insurance since leaving university. His chosen specialised subject in the heats was British Commemorative Objects 1750-1900 and he later went on to gain the highest score of the competition in his semi-final.
