The UK is not immune from the sovereign debt crisis in the Eurozone, explains Scott Corfe

It has been an incredibly volatile couple of months in global equity markets, as traders the world over remain on edge over concerns that the economic recovery in the West has ground to a halt. A torrent of bad news recently – such as payroll data in the US showing zero job creation in August – has made markets even more jittery.
