Sterling loses out to newcomer for Biba scheme
The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) has chosen newcomer Aqua Underwriting over holding insurer Sterling to run the association’s high net worth (HNW) scheme.
The partnership will commence in February next year however, from December, brokers are able to approach Aqua for quotations for risks which attach from 1 February 2012 onwards following the end of Biba’s 15 year association with Sterling on the scheme.
Aqua is underwriting on behalf of Lloyd’s underwriters Ascot and Canopius.
