RAC loses managing director
Angela Seymour-Jackson has resigned from the managing director role at RAC and will be leaving the group in January 2012 to pursue other business interests.
Ms Seymour-Jackson took up the role in December 2010 having previously been life distribution director at Aviva. The insurer agreed in June 2011 to sell RAC to private equity firm the Carlyle Group for £1bn.
An RAC spokesman confirmed: "Angela will remain with the business in the short term to ensure a smooth handover.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank Angela for all her hard work and commitment to RAC. We wish Angela every success in the future."
