Despite the fact that, somewhat predictably, Andy Homer begins the interview with a wisecrack, the one thing that is preoccupying the new chairman of the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) and CEO, Eric Galbraith, is Europe and the impact it will have on UK distribution.
And distribution is a key word here, as becomes clear as the interview progresses. The future focus of Biba might not be trained so narrowly upon brokers but could increasingly come to represent the interests of all
