RSA appoints CFO from Aspen
RSA has appointed Richard Houghton to the role of group chief financial officer with effect from early June 2012.
He will replace George Culmer, who will leave RSA after its AGM in May to join Lloyds Banking Group.
Mr Houghton previously held the same role at Aspen Insurance and prior to this worked as chief operating officer and group finance director at RBS Insurance.
