Ink unveils new policy excess product
Ink Insurance has released a new excess protector insurance product, developed with input from Adding1’s ShazamXS.
The move comes less than two months after the provider bought Adding1's book of property, liability and motor fleet based business and confirmed the companies were working together on further niche products.
The new add-on product has been created to allow policyholders to claim back the policy excess they have to pay out when claiming from another policy.
Policyholders can select the annual limit of excess they require, and cover is offered for excess on commercial combined, fleet insurance
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.

FSCS gives first insight on increasing levy to £394m
