Transactor wins income protection provider contract
Transactor Global Solutions (TGSL) has been appointed by income protection provider Cirencester friendly to replace its legacy IT systems.
The new system will provide a financial adviser website, which will allow advisers to conduct business online, as well as a members website which will enable handling of member enquiries and changes to details.
The system will also manage current and future income protection contracts.
Ian Blakesley, chief technology officer, TGSL said, “This is a major appointment for TGSL as it takes us into the wider world of financial services from the insurance sector.
